Cymtrack — Terms of Use

Last updated: January 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cymtrack, a hosted platform for link tracking, click analytics, and conversion reporting (the “Service”).

By accessing or using Cymtrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Cymtrack provides tools that allow users (“Customers”) and their invited users (“Partners”) to:

  • Create and manage tracking links
  • Measure clicks, conversions, and related analytics
  • View reports and export data

Cymtrack is provided as a hosted, multi-tenant SaaS platform. Access is granted per workspace (“tenant”).

2. Accounts and access

2.1 Workspaces

Each workspace is isolated. Data, links, and reports belong to the workspace that created them. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2.2 Partner accounts

Workspace owners may invite partners or users into their workspace. Workspace owners are responsible for managing access and ensuring invited users comply with these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Cymtrack to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Track or collect data without proper notice or consent
  • Distribute malware, phishing links, or deceptive content
  • Attempt to bypass system limits, safeguards, or security controls
  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or security risk.

4. Data and privacy

4.1 Your data

You retain ownership of the data you submit or generate through the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to collect, process, and analyze any data you track using Cymtrack.

4.2 Platform data

Cymtrack may collect limited operational and usage data necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

5. Public links and reports

Some Cymtrack links or reports may be publicly accessible by design (for example, public report pages). You are responsible for choosing what is exposed publicly and for sharing public URLs only with intended recipients.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, limits, and pricing are defined by the selected plan. Usage limits may be enforced automatically. Failure to maintain an active subscription may restrict access to certain features.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may modify features, add or remove functionality, and perform maintenance. We are not liable for temporary interruptions or changes made in good faith to improve the Service.

8. Intellectual property

Cymtrack, its software, branding, and documentation are owned by Cymtrack and its operators. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, required payments are not made, or use poses security or legal risk. Upon termination, access may be disabled and data retention will follow the platform’s retention policies.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cymtrack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and we are not responsible for business losses, lost revenue, or lost data. Your use of Cymtrack is at your own risk.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of Cymtrack after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
